Episode 13 aired on NBC Radio September 30, 1950. Joel McCrea stars as Texas Ranger Jace Pearson who discovers that a Texas oil-field murder is merely the tip of a terrible iceberg of crime.
This series was created by Stacy Keach, Sr. who traveled the Lone Star State along with writer Joel Murcott and former ranger Captain MT "Lone Wolf" Gonzaullas. About one-fifth of the 97 shows produced were based on Lone Wolf's recollections of actual events.
